One of our members had an incident tonight where a person was lying next to the road, vomiting blood.
This is a very dangerous situation, as an unknown person can carry a number of serious deceases, such as TB, AIDS, hemorarghic viruses etc.
If you do encounter a situation like this, be very careful and remember, take care of your personal health and safety first. If you are at all unsure, contact a provincial ambulance or the police to assist.
